Several responded that Jennifer Lopez, who even has puertorikanske roots, danced the salsa during the performance, something which does not originate from african american culture.
Earlier this week has, among other sportswriter Jemele Hill, TV personality Loni Live, and the creator of the #OscarsSoWhite campaign April Reign criticized Lopez.
