It is the parliamentary president Andreas Norlén, who have proposed the study and it is funded by Stiftelsen Riksbankens jubileumsfond.

Parties have operated in a partly new parliamentary landscape, and as president, I have handled situations in the process where not the practice existed”, says Norlén in a written comment.
He adds that there is every reason to draw the lessons of what took place and that it is important to get the events properly mapped.
