the Highest in the värmeligan reached Karlshamn by 15.2 degrees during the day Sunday. Thus was struck the Karlshamn previous februarirekord at 13.0 degrees from the year 1934 with the far, writes the Swedish meteorological and hydrological institute, on its website.

Also in other places in the county were new februarirekord, partly at Hanö, where the temperature peaked at 11.6 degrees on Sunday and partly in Ronneby where it was to 14.8 degrees.

The highest februaritemperatur ever recorded in Sweden is 16,5 degrees in Småland (Ölvingstorp and Västervik) on 18 February 1961.
