A transformation of an IT university in St. Petersburg may have been the fault of a terrible collapse.
Authorities confirms that 81 people have been evacuated from the ruins. The university’s rector, Vladimir Vasylyev, informs, that there is someone trapped in the rubble.
It writes multiple media, including the news agency TASS and Russia Today.

According to the lokalmediet Fontanka was teaching at the university, which is called ITMO university, even though it was Saturday. More floors should be collapsed.
