The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Spanish Football Federation approved Tuesday, with 93% support, the accounts for the fiscal year 2021. It closed with a surplus of 32.8 millions euros. The board of directors, chaired Luis Rubiales, also approved the application of the result. Although the accounts were already detailed at the May 30 meeting, they were not approved until the auditors’ report. The audit report is complete once it has been received. It does not include any caveats or paragraphs of emphasis in relation either to the balance sheet for 2021, nor to other aspects such as the profit and loss account and statement of equity changes, statement of cash flows and liquidation of income and expense budget that only refers to 2021.
