Two months after his injury against Augsburg, French international Kingsley Coman will return to the Bayern squad on Saturday to face Borussia Dortmund on Saturday (6:30 p.m.), a Klassiker of which Manuel Neuer will be deprived, announced Munich coach Thomas Tuchel , Friday.

“Kingsley is a big factor for us. He is coming back to the group,” explained Thomas Tuchel, during the traditional press conference the day before the match.

On January 27, during the 19th day of the German championship, Kingsley Coman (27) was injured in the action leading to Bayern’s opening score in Augsburg (3-2 victory), victim of a tear of the lateral ligament of the left knee.

The French international resumed racing at the end of February and returned to collective training during the international break, within a Munich group reduced to players not selected with their selections.

Coman will be on the bench for the match against Borussia Dortmund. His return to the Munich group is good news for the coach of the France team Didier Deschamps, while Coman had missed the last international window with the Blues, before the announcement of the list of 23 for the Euro (14 June-July 14).

For this Klassiker Thomas Tuchel will have to do without his captain and goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer (38 years old), victim of a muscle tear in his adductors at the start of the German selection rally and insufficiently recovered.

On the other hand, Harry Kane (30) was able to increase his training workload during the week and is available to challenge Dortmund. “Harry trained fully with the team yesterday. And every day he has trained more and more since Monday. Everything is fine, he will play,” explained Tuchel.

The captain of the English selection, scorer of 31 goals with Bayern in the first 26 days of the Bundesliga, was injured on March 16 in Darmstadt and was unable to play with the Three Lions against Brazil and Belgium.

For the first time since the spring of 2010, Bayern and Borussia Dortmund face each other in this Klassiker without one of the two behemoths of German football occupying first place in the championship.

Second, Bayern is 10 points behind Bayer Leverkusen (60 against 70), while Borussia Dortmund is only fourth with 50 points, fighting with Leipzig (49) and Stuttgart (56) for third and fourth places, qualifiers for the next Champions League.
