Leroy Sané, who has been suffering from pubalgia for many weeks, and Jamal Musiala, suffering from a knee, will also be absent on Sunday for the final home match at the Allianz Arena.
Eliminated from the Champions League by Real Madrid (2-1 after leading 1-0 until the 88th minute), Bayern hosts Wolfsburg and travels to Hoffenheim for the last two days of the Bundesliga.
The Munich residents will end the season without a trophy, a first since the 2011/12 financial year, ceding the title of German champion for the first time since 2013, to Bayer Leverkusen. They are currently one point behind Stuttgart (69 against 70) in the fight for second place, before hosting Wolfsburg.
