Jasper Philipsen scored a second victory in the Tour of Turkey this Monday between Kemer and Kalkan, one day after winning the first stage. The Alpecin-Deceuninck rider won in the sprint and dominated the Dutchman Cees Bol and the Italian Luca Colnaghi. He therefore logically occupies first place in the general ranking.
