The link between Lego and the world of the automobile was often studded with original reproductions of famous cars replicated with the bricks of the most famous buildings in the world.
The Fiat 500, authentic icon in the history of the car, is only the latest creation of this unique series and has been at the centre of the new kit “for the Fiat 500 Lego Creator Expert” just presented at the Space Mrf-Mirafiori in Turin brands Fiat and Lego.

The new set of Fiat 500 Lego Creator Expert, for example, wants to celebrate one of the symbols of Made in Italy most famous in the world, as well as paying homage to the legendary era of the “Dolce Vita”.
The new kit is inspired by the legendary Fiat 500F at the end of the Sixties, and is composed of a model of 960 pieces, complete with sliding roof to be operated, detailed interior, trunk with spare tire, luggage rack on the back and hood opening showing the compact engine of the “mother” of all of the city car.
In the set, already available on the official website Lego.com and in all the Lego store, including a folding parking stand, a palette and a painting of the car in the background of the Colosseum of Rome.
note, finally, that the presentation of the new kit to the Space Mrf-Mirafiori, was exhibited a life-size model of Fiat 500 made with 189.032 Lego bricks, the construction of which has prompted well-830 hours of work.
At the end of the festival a procession of over fifty vintage Fiat 500 has escorted the first Fiat 500 Lego Creator Expert up to the Lego Store torino via Rome. (m.r.)
