2023-24 is already over for Zach LaVine. Out since mid-January, the Chicago full-back will spend several months on the billiard table, as his club reported this Saturday: “After seeking additional medical advice, in consultation with training and staff Chicago Bulls medical officer, Zach LaVine and Klutch Sports Group (his agents) have chosen surgery on his right foot as the next step in his recovery process. The operation is scheduled for the week of February 5. LaVine will be out for 4 to 6 months.
Under contract until 2027, Zach LaVine averaged 19.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists since the start of the season (25 games) with the Bulls, currently ninth in the Eastern Conference standings (23 v -26d).
