New legal case at PSG. Former striker Kadidiatou Diani filed a complaint in June against her ex-trainer Didier Ollé-Nicolle for “sexual assault”, reveals Le Parisien. The events allegedly took place in 2021. A preliminary investigation was opened, the Versailles prosecutor’s office told AFP on Wednesday.
The French international (28 years old, 89 caps), now at Olympique Lyonnais, criticizes Ollé-Nicolle for having “touched the buttocks of several of them using a base bat- miniature ball” during an internship in the United States. A few weeks earlier, the coach would have “put a hand on the buttocks” of his player at half-time of a friendly match in Toulouse.
Ollé-Nicolle, now a consultant for Canal, had already been interviewed in recent months as a witness by investigators from the Versailles judicial police, as part of a judicial investigation opened against X for “sexual assault by a person in authority” . He was cleared by PSG who temporarily suspended him, before letting him leave in August 2022.
Didier Ollé-Nicolle is considering filing a complaint in turn for “slanderous denunciation”, according to his lawyer contacted by Le Parisien. The public prosecutor told AFP that he was seeking to “make [Ms Diani] heard so that she can come and explain what she denounced in this complaint”.
