The participation of the 27-year-old player (52 caps) was to be made official on Monday, on the sidelines of a D-250 event organized by the FFR at the headquarters of France Télévisions, broadcaster of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

But the best player in the world in 2021 warned that he did not wish to participate in this press conference, contrary to what was initially planned.
