This Sunday, October 8, more than 25,000 runners took the start of the Vredestein 20 km from Paris at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, under a bright sun. It was at 9:57 a.m. that the first participant crossed the finish line: Kenyan Elvis Chebor Tabarach won the event after 57 minutes and 32 seconds. Followed by Frenchman Hassan Chahdi and Norwegian Sondre Norstad Moen.
The runners were not left out and it was the Kenyan Gladys Jemaiyo who took the first step of the podium with a time of 1h04, thus beating the event record by more than two minutes. She was closely followed by the French Mekdes Woldu and Anais Quemener.
