Pierre Mignoni (director of rugby at Toulon, 41-19 winner at home to Castres): “It’s an important moment. I think we put Castres under pressure and managed to regain the upper hand at the start of the second half. The red card is one of the turning points of the match. The team could have lost control but I didn’t have that feeling. We remained strong on the bases. I really feel that something is happening between the players. They want to grow as a team. When we see them having fun on the pitch it’s nice, we want to have fun with them. But we must continue because I think we are capable of doing even better. We received Castres who were in the first three but it is important for us to validate the work and to be consistent over time. The most important thing for me is to maintain this motivation, to be endurance at this level.
