BETWEEN the nightmare of the coronavirus that begins to spread also in Afghanistan, the threat of the Taliban who have made an agreement with the Us without guarantees of the authorities of Kabul, the shadow of Isis-Khorasan that affects and prepares new terrorist attacks, it was difficult to find a worse time for an institutional crisis. Yet Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah are ready to drag the Country towards a clash very hard, in the name of their own power interests.
