The Grammy-winning songwriter Patty Griffin performs at the Tønder Festival this summer.
According to Ekstra information, it becomes the crown of the first concert in denmark.
Patty Griffin’s songs have been recorded by stars such as Emmylou Harris, the Dixie Chicks and Linda Ronstadt.
She has worked with, among others, Buddy Miller, Kris Kristofferson and Gillian Welch and, not least, its long-standing partner, Robert Plant.
the 54-year-old Patty Griffin emit next Friday, its tenth studio album, who are just called ‘Patty Griffin’.
the Barrels have also put William Crighton, Paul Cauthen, the Lion the Bear the Fox, The East Pointers and Poul Krebs & Henning Kvitnes on the poster.
the Festival programme already contained John Prine, Chris Smither, John Moreland, The Savage Rose, Jacob Dinesen, and many others. More names will be published in the coming months.
the Barrels has been around since 1974, and could for the first time sold out the past summer. Today reported the organisers, that they ended up with a surplus of 2.1 million dollars in 2018.
