An american mother by the name of Traci and her five year old daughter got a very, very, very bad end on their trip to California, when for a couple of weeks ago was to fly home to Texas from John Wayne airport in Orange County.

As the two travelers were boarding the Southwest Airlines plane, found one of the airline’s employees namely the girl’s name so humorous that she supposedly chose to point and laugh at the little girl by the name of Abcde Redford (pronounced Ab-city).

It writes the ABC News.

She began to laugh and pointed at both me and my daughter, while she talked with the other employees. So I turned around and said: ’Hey, if I can hear you, so can my daughter also hear you, so I will greatly appreciate that you stop’, tells the shocked mother in an interview, which you can see below:

But the u.s. mother’s request was apparently not enough for the female Southwest Airlines employee, who subsequently took a picture of the ticket and shared it on Facebook in order to hear what the other was thinking to the five-year-old girl’s unique name.

– I found the first out of it, when one, who had seen the advertisement on Facebook and filed a complaint, wondered why Southwest does not have done anything about it after two weeks, says Traci Redford to ABC News.

the Mother tells, moreover, that her daughter asked why the lady laughed at her, which the mother explained it by telling her that ’not all people are just sweet’.

Southwest Airlines regrets the incident but would not confirm or deny whether the employee in question has been fired.

– We are truly sorry of the incident. We are very proud of our openness to all our customers, which include that we must treat all individuals with respect – both face to face and online, says the airline in a written opinion, which continues:

– This lookup does not show the respect and courtesy which we expect from all our employees. We have followed up the matter with the employee concerned, and even though we are not allowed to comment on personsager in public, so we would like to point out that we use this opportunity to reinforce our policies and expectations to all our employees.
