Tui pays 30 000 to the couple – after ”complimenting” of the dead son
A british couple stepped into their hotel room and were greeted by a doll in human size depicting their dead son.

Faye and Andrew Stephens from north London, lost her then 22-year-old son Alex 2014.
since Then, every year they traveled abroad on Alex’s birthday to honor his memory.
On the last trip, arranged by resejätten Tui, they visited Jamaica and had this time brought along his friend Karen Baker.
Karen wanted to surprise Faye and Andrew on Alex’s birthday, and therefore asked the staff to prepare a surprise in their hotel room.

It was the friend who first made the obscene the discovery and moved on the dock before Faye and Andrew had time to see ”tribute”.
” I was completely horrified. I sweated and shook, as you can see, we did not want that our friends would need to see it here, ” says the friend to the BBC.
Now pay Tui back 30 000 sek to the couple after a ”misunderstanding”.
” We ask so very, very sorry to the company for the event in Jamaica. We follow this up with the hotel and believe that this was a misunderstanding with no intention to upset anyone, ” says a spokesperson from the Tui.
