For the former football player, Ole Martin Årst (44) took the “master leaderboard”-the adventure eventually in the evening. He had thus to follow in the footsteps of Ann Kristin Flatland (36) – who last week became the first to thank for themselves in the reality television show.

In the nattesten were Haugland unbeatable, and after two rounds was Årsts fate sealed. The latter describes the end result as a “deserved”.

this Year’s nattest is in many ways ruthless. In the duel the two competitors faced seven shining swords. After a given time, will one of them fall, and then applies it to grab first. The face of the Newspaper, several of the participants painted a picture of a mentally exhausting exercise.
– It was completely awful … Completely awful. We stood in two and a half minutes, which feels like an eternity. You begin to tremble, and you lose focus. Hanne had some impressive techniques. She was rågod to keep the focus.

Årst has – despite his short stay – made a good figure in the competition. To pack a suitcase already number two, he did, however, with mixed feelings.

Ole Martin Årst had over 20 years of toppfotball behind him, when he decided to lay up in 2012.

the Then 44-year-old look back on a career with great achievements. Årst signed for Tromsø in 1995 and won the Norwegian CHAMPIONSHIP gold medals with the team the year after. In 1997 he was sold to Belgium and Anderlecht, before he later bøttet the goal for Gent and Standard Liége. Dagbladet has previously referred to it as was 44-åringens absolute highlight in their career – namely, to be the top-scorer in Belgium in 2000.

Some of the 44-year-old is most thankful for after having added fotballskoene on the shelf, is the time he now gets to spend with the family, and especially his two daughters.
