Adam Falbert has closed its 96 clubs in Denmark.
the Kingdom’s uncrowned barkonge has sent 2,000 employees home at the government’s order. An expensive pleasure.
The executive director of the Nordic region’s largest diskotekskoncern, Rekom Group, tells thus to Ekstra Bladet, that the money gushing out of the box each and every day.
Yet hills he up on the government’s decision. He is grateful for the salary, but one thing amazes him.
Why do his former employees do not use the time during the decommissioning of, for example, to give the shut down night clubs, a stroking with the paintbrush tool?

While The party-mecca, Jomfru Ane gade, which Rekom Group owns half of, is deserted, the time can be used to get the clubs to be at the forefront prior to a future reopening, believe Adam Falbert.
– Lønkompensationsordningen is absolutely necessary for us – and we are happy for it. Without the we had had to fire a part of our more than 2000 employees in Denmark. We have been able to avoid, but we would like that the system was more flexible, so there was the ability to draw employees back to work for the part of the employees ‘ salary, as the company still pays.
– You could really help the tvangslukkede companies – There are still tasks and things that can be done, even though we are commanded to keep closed, and not have turnover. On the way you would give the companies a possibility to get the currency of the state and their own money and at the same time keep the employees a little bit in the form.
According to the ministry of industry must a company send an employee back on the job, but then you lose the right to salary compensation.
It is foolish, concludes Adam Falbert:
– It is very expensive for us to keep closed. There are many other companies that have been able to keep part time in the wheels, but we have zero turnover.
the Director reveals that coronakrisen so far has cost the company a three-digit million amount. Not least because a large part of the repatriated employees ‘ salary continued to be paid out of the Rekom Group.
– the Whole issue with the compensation schemes is to ensure that the companies coming through the crisis with as few dents in the screen as possible – and they should be ready for booting. So I think that it is a strange signal to our awesome employees to sit home and not do anything for the part of the salary, which the company still pays, says Adam Falbert

the Scheme of salary compensation to former employees under the coronakrisen has been extended from the 9. July 29. august.
It is the government, the trade unions and the major employers ‘ organisations have agreed on the agreement.
the Scheme was originally to expire 8. July, but the government has previously announced that they are considering to extend.

* In a folketingssvar has trade and industry minister Simon Kollerup (S) informed that it will cost 8.5 billion dollars to extend the scheme to the new year, if you wish. The estimate is fraught with uncertainty.

the Extra Leaf has been minister of trade Simon Kollerup criticism from Rekom Group’s director. In a written response, says the minister:
‘firstly I would like to stress that businesses such as nightclubs, have been ordered to stay closed, can get full compensation for the fixed costs. And it is at the same time that their employees will get salary compensation. The agreement is made, together with the social partners in order to make sure that as many people as possible can keep their jobs and full pay, even though their site is hit by coronaen, and who otherwise stood to fire the employee. Each time it is used, there is potentially an employee, who has avoided a fyreseddel’.
Simon Kollerup reject the idea that you can send people back on the shut down night clubs and at the same time get salary.
It is possible that the company can choose which employees work and in which periods, so long as the company meets the other criteria for the scheme. Businesses can also reconvene repatriated employees covered by the wage compensation for work in any period, if during the lønkompensationsperioden unforeseen needs. So the company must of course repay the compensation paid for the days on which those employees were recalled to work’.
