Why should I bake with beans?

How did you come up with the idea of the book?

Once I had begun to think in the lanes, I came upon more and more stuff that I wanted to test. Prepared, pastry, pizza dough… The most part was surprisingly good.

The family is hardened and has learned that the smell of freshly baked can mean a bit of everything – a juicy lentil bread with walnuts as well as a rock-hard loaf of pimpad with way too much yellow peas.
