A drunk driver has run over with his van with a group of children in Sydney, killing four, two sisters, their brother and a cousin, and wounding seriously three others.
this was reported by the police. The driver, 29-year-old has been accused of manslaughter and drink-driving. The incident happened in the suburb of Oatlands, in the western part of Sydney.
The children were on a sidewalk when the pickup is locked on them. The four victims, three girls between the ages of 8 and 12 years and a boy of 13 years, died on the spot and two other girls and a boy were injured and taken to hospital in serious condition but stable. The two sisters and their brother, were three of the six children of Daniel and Leila Abdallah.
