Viaplay can not yet say anything about how long the problems will last. But in a message to the Ekstra Bladet assures Mette Barnes, who is head of communications at Nordic Entertainment Group, the owner of Viaplay, that one is in full time to solve them.
‘A small part of our customers on Viaplay may right now encounter challenges with the subtitles. We are working hard to correct the error, and we apologize many times over for our customers,’ write Mette Barnes.
