1. Set damage to
your Feelings are screaming panic, but stay calm. How serious it actually is? Is there possibly a quick correction? Or is the damage already happened? I feel terrible mess, but sometimes emotions can overtake the reality. Basically, the first step is to stop, evaluate and get myself together.
