‘Caulilini’ is a new variant of cauliflower. Also the name is derived from the English word for cauliflower ‘cauliflower’.

Caulilini is finer and sweeter as the cauliflower as we know it now. According to people who have the fruit already tasted, tastes caulilini not at all to cauliflower. Author Rick Harris searched for two years for the perfect taste. He combined this twelve different seeds. In the end he found the perfect combination of three different seeds. Currently use some American cooks the vegetables to experiment with new recipes. The vegetables would be the all year long can be harvested in Salinas, California. The intention is that the vegetables are nationally distributed in the United States. Or the vegetables and then crossing to Europe is not yet clear.
