Nationen and Bondebladet have the last four years voted the most powerful in the ministry of Agriculture-Norway.

in The past two years Forsell, which is agriculture’s top official and head the state’s delegation in the landbruksoppgjøret, ended up in the square behind the conservative party-secretary Jon Georg Dale.

But after that Dale in august was replaced with partifelle Bård Hoksrud, who both are new in the job and are referred to as academically weaker than its predecessor, has agriculture’s top official gone all the way to the top.

“Forsell sitting (…) in a position to influence a minister who still can little about agriculture,” it says among other things in the jury’s explanation.

Hoksrud end up on the fifth place, jury president Reidar Almås think is pretty impressive, considering the minister’s lack of experience.

Hoksrud need to see himself beaten by his boss, the party leader and finance minister Siv Jensen, who finishes in third place. Johan johannson’s, which is the largest shareholder in Norgesgruppen, get second place in this year’s finals. Fourth place does not go to a person, but a phenomenon: climate change.

“Tørkesommeren 2018 demonstrated the devastating power of climate change represents for Norwegian food production”, reads the jury statement. the
