A fire in the night to Tuesday a multi-family house in St. Gallen uninhabitable. Five people were evacuated, four of them were brought because of suspected smoke poisoning, temporarily in a hospital. The cause of the fire is unclear.
The fire broke out before 1.15 PM, probably in an apartment on the first floor of the house in the sun street in the town centre, such as the St. Gallen Canton police said. A neighbor saw Smoke and dialed the emergency call.
