According to Sky Sports went Johansen the short trip north to the West Midlands to have completed the transition before the deadline at midnight Norwegian time.

Late Thursday night came the confirmation on Fulhams website :

the Club can confirm that Stefan Johansen has joined to itself to West Bromwich Albion on loan for the season.

Fulham, wish him the best of luck in West Bromwich, which currently lies in fourth place in the mesterskapsserien, only four points behind the second place with one match less played, and are chasing promotion to the Premier League at the first attempt.

Johansen has received little playing time for Fulham since the club took a trip up to the top level of English football. Four battles from the start, and eight as a substitute, it’s been in the series this season.

Earlier Thursday, it was confirmed that another Norwegian, HÃ¥vard Nordtveit is going on loan to Fulham. He comes from German from Hoffenheim and will be on loan until the summer.
