The fight between Javier Tebas & Luis Rubiales continues. The president of LaLiga filed a complaint against Luis Rubiales, head of the Spanish Football Federation (FEF), before the Higher Sports Council. This will allow it to be transferred to the Administrative Court of Sport. He is fully aware of the club management, which he believes “seriously challenges” both the CSD and the judicial decisions.
The complaint of LaLiga’s president is specifically against Rubiales, Andreu Camps (secretary general of Federation), and other members of the delegated committee who voted for approval of the competition rules for next campaign in the First Division A and Second Division A on June 28.
Tebas believes that the FEF doesn’t have the power or authority to schedule matches and limit the programming of LaLiga. He denounces the FEF’s “different illegal maneuvers” to stop LaLiga scheduling matches in the professional competition it organizes on Mondays and Fridays, “despite recent CSD and judicial pronouncements.
“It is clear that the FEF is again challenging the CSD and the courts, and using the rules of competition that don’t elevate the CSD with an tortious character to forcibly conflict. It is clear that the FEF doesn’t respect the CSD and courts. This is punishable by sports discipline action, “insist Tebas.
Tebas asks the CSD for urgent notification to the TAD. He requests that it initiate a disciplinary process against Rubiales, Camps, and members of the delegated committee. He also requests that the files be temporarily suspended.
